Compassionate Care for Specialised Needs

We are committed to supporting NDIS individuals with mental health conditions and psychosocial disabilities.

Meet The Team

Complex needs involve multiple, interconnected challenges that significantly impact an individual's well-being and ability to function in society. These challenges can include mental health issues, homelessness, addiction, and other psychosocial disabilities, often requiring specialised care for effective management, especially when government support services or the judicial system are involved.

We assist individuals with complex needs related to mental health or dual disabilities, including intellectual, cognitive, developmental, or psychosocial disabilities. Our expertise extends to forensics mental health and working with juvenile justice, ensuring comprehensive support for those within these systems. Our team offers personalised support, taking the time to understand you and help you achieve your goals. Our commitment is to match you with the right support to build meaningful connections and meet your unique needs.

Our desire to become an NDIS provider is deeply rooted in our years of experience working within the Secure Psychiatric Facility at the Austin Hospital. We've seen firsthand how the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) has become an essential element in the care, planning, and outcomes for clients with complex mental health issues.

We have noticed that when clients are paired with effective and professional NDIS organisations, they often achieve better outcomes and are empowered to lead more fulfilling, independent lives. However, finding such organisations has become increasingly challenging. The demand often outweighs the supply, resulting in long waiting lists and difficulties in accessing qualified support workers familiar with the intricacies of complex mental health cases. This void has led to the utilisation of unregistered providers who lack the required skills, experience, and accountability, causing poorer outcomes for patients, delayed discharges, and overall unsatisfactory service levels.

Recognising this significant gap in specialised mental health services, we believe we can apply our combined decades of expertise to emerge as a leader in this space. Our mission aligns with the core principles upon which the NDIS is built: providing individualised care with uncompromising integrity and professionalism. We aim to empower our clients to effectively navigate the challenges of their recovery journey. By doing so, we are confident we can not only fill the existing gap in services but also raise the standard of care, benefiting our participants and the community at large.
