I am a mother of 4 children, 3 of them are diagnosed with ASD, my youngest is level 3 and was non-verbal until he was 4 1/2.

I have completed a cert 3 in education support which I specialised in special needs school and completed placement at Northern School for Autism which taught me many techniques and problem-solving strategies. I then went on to do certificate 4 in community service and am now currently studying a certificate 4 in mental health!

Having lived experience with my children and the challenges that come with day-to-day issues has helped me to be more flexible and adaptive to the consistent changes that can happen.
