I have worked in mental health support roles for over 25 years and probably the most important thing I have learnt is that t times we all need some sort of support.

From a personal perspective, I am part of a gospel choir which I really enjoy and a singing online group which I get a lot of enjoyment from. I really enjoy baking and have done so from an early age (before it was trendy!) and I get a lot of pleasure from that. I also meditate, and try to practice regularly, but sometimes life gets in the way. I also walk the dog daily which gets me out and exercising that I need particularly if I have eaten too much of the baking!
