Bringing nearly four years of experience as a Disability Support Worker, I prioritise a compassionate, client-centred approach. I have extensive experience working with diverse participants with mild to complex needs and challenging behaviours. As a qualified community services practitioner, my dedication lies in enhancing independence and quality of life for individuals with disabilities.

Outside work, I enjoy nature, often exploring scenic spots and beaches. I also love spending time with my family and friends. I am currently pursuing my Master of Social Work (Q) degree, driven to empower individuals to overcome challenges and thrive. I aim to use my skills and field experience to impact others positively.
